I am giving Fast Cars a full 5 star rating for the following reasons. When I booked this journey to Gatwick I was spoken to a nice polite gentleman who gave me a quote for a return journey which was a good one so I accepted and paid in full in advance. My driver (hopefully spelt correctly) was on time he helped us place our luggage in the boot and off we went. His car was exceptionally clean. He chatted on the way and also gave me one of his business cards. On arrival at Gatwick he dropped us off on time and in a place which he said he would pick us up which was important as I walk with a crutch so my mobility is limited. Today he was due to pick us up at 4.30pm but unfortunately fir him he texted to say he was stuck as M25 was closed for a while plus roadworks taken speed limit to 50/40 which was frustrating however it was good as he kept us informed of whereabouts he was and he arrived just 20 minutes late which wasn’t a problem as he had kept us informed. Drive home was long as again traffic and speed limits crazy. Saheed got us home safely so this company deserves 5 star and il be using Saheed from now on as will friends and my grandson I have already given him the number. Thank you Fast Cars
